AVAILABILITY

Activated with participating municipalities.

MyCleanWard is introduced as part of a municipal implementation. Public schedules and missed-collection reporting become available once the participating municipality has approved its service information and citizen workflow.

CleanWard principle

If your municipality is not yet connected, you can register your interest or contact your municipality through its existing service channels.

CONNECTED TO OPERATIONS

Your report helps the municipality respond with context.

When active, CleanWard links a missed-collection report to the relevant ward, route and service date. This helps the municipality investigate what happened and provide a more useful response.

CleanWard principle

Residents receive appropriate service information while personal, contractor and restricted operational information remains protected.
